A dynamic entertainment destination, 3Below Theaters & Café serves as another jewel in San Jose’s crown for accessible, quality, “third place” experiences. By creating a space that is inviting, intriguing, and includes a myriad of programs, Guggenheim Entertainment invigorates this Downtown San Jose gem and gives visitors a unique experience from the moment they walk into the facility. When guests exit the three fully themed theaters and head into the creatively-themed lobby, they are greeted by caring and capable staff and find themselves always impressed by the commitment to ensure quality customer service for every aspect of the venue.

Key to keeping this exciting destination operational is a well-designed program plan that serves not just 3Below's resident companies but the communities served by quality, year-round programming. Today and every day, work continues to keep these organizations solvent so they can continue to serve 3Below and its three auditoriums. Our resident companies with their combined hundreds of professional artists, amateur aspiring artists, and volunteers - all are dedicated to entertain, inspire, and serve our community.

ComedySportz is the Silicon Valley's longest running show with over 7,000 performances where two teams of players compete in an improv match for laughs and points, with a referee getting suggestions from the audience and calling fouls. Each show is different, with different players, different games, and different audiences supplying new suggestions. The fans judge the scenes, and decide the winners and losers. If you like TV’s Whose Line Is It Anyway, you’ll love ComedySportz!
